Orders are charged in the displayed currency, except for orders paid with PayPal which will be processed in Euro.
VAT is included in the product price for shipping destinations in the EU, while VAT is excluded for other shipping destinations outside of the EU. Non-EU customers might be subjected to VAT and customs in your own country. Import duty, tax costs and customs charges will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Please contact your local customs office for current charges and regulations.
We have the right to adjust incorrect prices.
If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the Shipping Confirmation), we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. We always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Please note that when paying with PayPal your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.
Klarna
Klarna (Slice it, Pay Later, Pay Now) is available for customers in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden or the United Kingdom. Klarna payment options are shown in Euros at checkout to customers in Austria, Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Customers in Denmark, Sweden, or the United Kingdom need to use their local currencies.
Please note that when invoice payment with Klarna is chosen, your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.
Apple Pay

We ship from Sweden and the shipping charges (if any) for your order are provided at checkout. Orders are shipped by Postnord. Please note that the shipping charges do not include import costs for destinations outside the EU that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 2 days from the day you received the “Shipping Confirmation”. Please note that during Swedish National Holidays orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch. We operate Monday through Friday with exception for public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If we fail to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.
We will, from time to time and at its own discretion, offer a free shipping promotion. When such promotion is offered, it will be clearly stated on the Website and will be applied to your order at checkout. Please note that imports costs may apply, depending on the country of destination.
Please note that, if you have chosen invoice payment with Klarna an alternative shipping address cannot be used.
Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive shipping information by e-mail from the delivery company in charge of the shipping.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
We reserves the right to charge you the actual cost for any shipping charges for uncollected packages. The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount paid for the order.

You have a 14-days legal right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). This means that you are entitled to cancel your purchase your product by submitting or sending notice thereof to us within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product.

Refund relating to the right of withdrawal
If you choose to withdraw your purchase in accordance with the terms set forth in this section 11, we will issue a refund of the amount paid to us including any shipping charges you have paid for the delivery from us to you. We will pay the refund as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest of the date on which we have received your notice of withdrawal, under the condition that we have received the product/s from you or if we have obtained proof that the products have been sent back to us. The refund is made using the same payment method you used at the purchase if you do not explicitly accept another method. You will not be charged extra if another payment method is used.
If you have chosen invoice via Klarna as your payment method and wish to withdraw only a part of an order, please contact Klarna and they will put your invoice on hold. Once your partial withdrawal is accepted by us, a new invoice will be sent to you with the products you wish to keep. If you paid the invoice prior to your withdrawal, the amount relating to your withdrawal will be refunded.
Please note that we will not refund additional duties, taxes or additional charges that may apply for your order.
Please note that we only issues a full refund if the product/s is in the same conditions as at the time of delivery. If the products’ value has diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function, you have an obligation to reimburse us. Thus, we then has the right to withhold such amount of the refund.
To avoid a deduction, please make sure the product you wish to refund is in the exact same condition as when you received them. For example, the bag may not be used or washed.

Please note all products are non-exchangeable but can be returned with a full refund.
Shipping charges for returning the products
Please note that you have to pay for the shipping charges when you return the products in accordance with your withdrawal and exchange right. We will not refund additional duties, taxes or any additional charges that may incur in relation to a return.
Returning the products
Upon your withdrawal of your purchase, please return the product/s as soon as reasonably practicable but no later than 14 days after sending your notice.
When returning, we recommend that you always pack the product in the same way and in the same packaging as when the products were sent to you.

Please note that you bear the risk for the products until it has been delivered to us. Thus, you should always keep a copy of your shipping receipt for your own records. Furthermore, and as applicable, please clearly mark the package as “RETURN” on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Consumer Act (2022: 260) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify us within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please send the notification to our return address.
Please always describe why you consider the product to be defective and please remember to refer to your order number. If we consider the products to be defective, we will make a full refund including shipping charges. Please see more information about your legal consumer rights in the Consumer Act (2022: 260).

Independent Slaves receives your order when you click the “CHECKOUT” – button in the checkout. When Independent Slaves has received your order, you will receive an e-mail with your “Order Confirmation” including your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.
Acceptance and shipping confirmation

Please note that Independent Slaves cannot guarantee that all the products shown on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase at the time you place your order. In the event the product is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order. We will refund you the amount of the purchase if we already have received payment from you. Independent Slaves preserves its right to stop selling a product.
COLORS AND PRODUCT IMAGES
The products displayed on the Website are reflecting the products’ colors and other qualities as lifelike as possible.
